# Business & Investment

#### Team Structure

Titan Force is developed by a **small, agile team** (currently one developer), leveraging store-bought assets and community contributions, with plans to expand as funding allows.

**Team Roles**

* **Game Director/Lead Designer:**\
  Oversees vision, narrative, and core mechanics.
* **Technical Lead/Programmer:**\
  Handles engine integration, networking, and optimization.
* **Art & Audio Contractors:**\
  Commissioned for concept art, 3D models, sound design, and music.
* **Community Manager:**\
  Manages forums, social media, and player engagement.
* **QA & Accessibility Consultants:**\
  External advisors for testing and inclusivity.

#### Budget & Timeline

* **Initial Budget:**\
  Self-funded, with additional investment sought for art, audio, and server infrastructure.
* **Development Timeline:**
  * Pre-Alpha: Complete (core systems prototyped)
  * Early Access Launch: Q2 2026
  * Full Release: Q2 2028 (subject to community feedback and funding)
* **Cost Estimates:**

  Art & Audio: $50,000–$100,000 (outsourced/contract)

  Server Infrastructure: $20,000/year (scalable)

  Marketing & Community: $10,000/year

  Contingency: 15% of total budget
