Buildable Terminal Zone — Player Event Hub

#### Access Rules

* **Invite-only:** Players must be invited to enter, ensuring curated experiences and factional privacy.
* **Faction-neutral:** While terminals reflect faction aesthetics, the zone itself is a neutral sandbox for creativity and diplomacy.
* Once players ascend they will be able to access the outlands. These rules differ from the TZ (Terminal Zone)

#### Features

* **Base Construction:**
  * Deployable prefabs: walls, signal towers, mech bays, lore shrines.
  * Terminal upgrades: crafting stations, lore decoders, AI core integration.
* **Event Hosting:**
  * PvPvE tournaments, lore unveilings, mech showcases, faction summits.
  * Custom rule sets: gravity modifiers, signal distortion, AI behavior toggles.

* **Narrative Role:**
  * Terminals act as Drift anchors, allowing players to “broadcast” their own lore fragments.
  * Events here can canonically “echo” into the Drift Network, influencing future missions.
