### Assighment&#x20;

Players are given one of the 3 below randomly.

later they will be able to change if they wish by choosing a faction.

### 1. Stone Mountains — *USMC Bastion Protocol*

> “We don’t retreat to the peaks. We build from them.”

#### &#x20;Lore

* These high-altitude zones are fortified by the **USMC**, who established early containment bunkers and forward command posts after the Drift rupture.
* The terrain is rich in **Echo Shale** and **Gravestone**, minerals that resonate with Titan memory — ideal for mech calibration and signal shielding.
* USMC engineers have embedded **Aurōmy Protocol nodes** into the cliffs, stabilizing Drift pulses and enabling long-range comms.

#### Gameplay Features

* **Fortified Terrain**: Natural elevation, reinforced bunkers, and sniper vantage points make this ideal for defense and overwatch.
* **Protocol Boosts**: Bases built here gain enhanced Drift stability and reduced corruption risk.
* **Resource Focus**: High mineral yield (stone, Echo Shale), moderate energy, low biomass.

### 2. Metal Battlefields — *The Reclaimer Forge*

> “The ground is rust. The air is static. The war never ended — it just rebooted.”

#### Lore

* These zones are littered with **Titan wreckage**, **Scrap Iron**, and **Driftsteel veins** — remnants of failed containment efforts and mech-on-mech warfare.
* The **Reclaimers** operate salvage rigs here, extracting tech and repurposing it into modular defenses.
* The terrain is unstable, often shifting due to buried mech cores or Drift surges.\
  \
Biomechanical wildlife started here: Creatures with glowing antlers and fiber-optic tendrils roam the wreckage, born from corrupted Drift and mech debris

#### Gameplay Features

* **Tech Salvage**: Players can harvest mech parts to upgrade their own Titan or base systems.
* **Dynamic Hazards**: Occasional Drift pulses cause terrain shifts or spawn corrupted AI fragments.
* **Resource Focus**: High metal yield, moderate energy, low organic cover.

### &#x20;3. Wood Valleys — *The Aurōmy Grove*

<figure><img src="/files/SEuDPU0EVoBvqyjvjUxy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

> “Obedience blooms. Disobedience burns.”

#### Lore

* These lush biomes are rich with **Aurōmy Bloom**, **Driftroot**, and **Spinewood** — flora that reacts to Titan proximity and protocol alignment.
* The **Devoted** use these valleys for ritual calibration, believing the plants respond to moral resonance.
* The zone is peaceful until corrupted — then the flora turns hostile, emitting spores and sonic pulses.

#### Gameplay Features

* **Reactive Environment**: Flora responds to player
* **Stealth Advantage**: Dense vegetation allows for ambushes and hidden movement.
* **Resource Focus**: High biomass, moderate energy, low mineral yield.
