#### Survival Systems & Resource Management

Survival in Titan Force is not merely about combat it’s about managing scarce resources, environmental hazards, and the well-being of both pilot and machine.

**Key Survival Mechanics**

**Fuel & Power:**\
Titans require fuel and power cells to operate. Running out leaves the player vulnerable and immobile, necessitating careful planning and scavenging.

**Pilot Health & Fatigue:**\
The pilot’s physical and mental state affects performance. Injuries, stress, and exhaustion can impair controls, aiming, and decision-making.

**Titan Integrity:**\
Damage to specific Titan systems (e.g., legs, arms, cockpit) results in functional impairments—slowed movement, weapon malfunctions, or loss of sensors.

**Environmental Hazards:**\
Players must contend with radiation zones, toxic gas, extreme weather, and collapsing structures. Some hazards can be mitigated with specialized modules or upgrades.

**Resource Gathering:**\
Scavenge for parts, ammunition, food, water, and crafting materials. Resource scarcity drives exploration, conflict, and trade.

**Base Management:**\
Outposts require maintenance—power, defences, supplies. Neglecting base needs can lead to attacks, resource loss, or NPC desertion.

**Survival Table**

| Resource/System | Management Actions | Consequences of Neglect |
| --------------- | ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Fuel/Power | Refuel, scavenge, trade | Titan immobilization, mission failure |
| Pilot Health | Rest, heal, stress relief | Impaired controls, risk of death |
| Titan Integrity | Repair, upgrade | System failures, increased vulnerability |
| Base Supplies | Gather, craft, trade | Base decay, NPC loss, defense failure |

These mechanics create a constant tension between risk and reward, encouraging players to weigh every decision and adapt to changing circumstances.
