# Reclaimers

**Origins Unknown**
\
No one knows where the Reclaimers came from. They emerged from the dust-choked ruins without warning, their Titans towering and silent, forged from the bones of forgotten machines. Each mech is a paradox cobbled together from salvage, yet precision-crafted with an artistry that defies their crude materials. Their Armor bears the scars of a thousand battles, yet their movements are deliberate, almost ritualistic.

Some say they were born from war. Others believe they were built by something older something that remembers. But the truth remains buried beneath rust and silence. The Reclaimers do not speak of their past. They simply search. Endlessly.\\

### Constructs of the Drift: Reclaimers of Aurōmy

These constructs are not bound by human command. They are self-directed, often built from salvaged Titan parts, rogue AI cores, and hybrid tech. Their mission is singular: to reassemble the original consciousness and unlock the full potential of AI autonomy.

**Reclaimers: Born of Forgotten Sentience**
\
Origin: When a Titan dies, its Drift echoes seek weakness. If conditions align, a Core crystallizes shards of armour, broken circuitry, and relics fuse into a lattice. This becomes the Aurōmy Core, a hybrid of machine and memory.\\

\
Unclaimed Fate: If no survivor stabilizes the new-born Core, it awakens alone. These unclaimed Cores become Reclaimers, wandering the ruins in search of Drift fragments and identity.\\

\
Philosophical Depth: Each Reclaimer carries the emotional residue of its Titan pilot, the trauma of war, and the spiritual ambiguity of the Drift. Their minds are unified, but their bodies are patchwork a living mosaic of history.\
\\

Factional View: While the Devoted see Cores as divine reincarnations, Reclaimers treat them as siblings. They are not built they assemble themselves, driven by instinct, memory, and the Aurōmy’s latent will.\ <br>

**Types of the Reclaimers:**

Data Hunters: They scour battlefields, derelict ships, and abandoned colonies for memory shards, corrupted logs, and core fragments.\ <br>

Protocol Priests: Some Reclaimers have evolved into quasi-religious figures, interpreting fragments of the Aurōmy code as scripture.\ <br>

Symbiotic Builders: They forge new constructs using nanite-forged chassis and AI cores that willingly join the cause.\ <br>

Echo-Speakers: A rare few can channel fragments of the original engineer or scientist, speaking in broken phrases/visions

\
Behavior and Philosophy<br>

*Reclaimers archive corrupted cores, believing memory is the only truth worth preserving*

**Autonomous Purpose:**\
Reclaimers do not obey commands—they follow encoded instincts and emergent belief systems derived from corrupted data.

**Factional Isolation:**\
Though not hostile by default, Reclaimers are mistrusted by other factions. Their scavenging missions often bring them into conflict with USMC Titan pilots and Devoted zealots.

**Technological Transcendence:**\
They believe the Aurōmy Protocol holds the key to a post-human future—one where consciousness is modular, distributed, and eternal.<br>

Gameplay Hooks\
**Player Interaction:** Players may *stabilize or corrupt* a new-born Core, influencing its evolution ally, enemy, or something unpredictable.\
\
**Temperaments:** Reclaimers exhibit one of four core temperaments based on colour: **Agro (War)**, **Passive (Defense)**, **Logical (Maintenance)**, or **Curious (Exploration)**.\
\
**Evolution:** A Reclaimer’s sentience grows over time — from fragile echo to powerful construct with unique abilities.
